The Transition Planning Committee (TPC) of Winnebago, Boone and Ogle Counties is putting on a resource fair for individuals of all ages with disabilities and their families/caregivers.
Connect with 30+ Agencies who support people with disabilities in various aspects of the community (too include: recreation, social, education, health, housing, employment, transportation etc.).
This is a family-friendly event! There will be games, face painting and other fun activities. Midway Village will also be opening the doors for their indoor interactive museum for sensory-friendly exploration!
