The program will include two 1-hour information sessions on planning for the future for families of individuals with disabilities, presented by Attorney Brian Rubin. Session 1 will focus on the types of Guardianship and the Alternatives, Powers of Attorney, and the Illinois Health Care Surrogate Act. Session 2 will cover Special Needs Trusts, ABLE Accounts, Letters of Intent and related topics.
