Please join us for a special presentation on March 30 2021.  We have rescheduled Ditch the Diapers – Toilet Training for Children with Special Needs. Presented by Laura Brown, M.Ed. Laura serves as a Disability Specialist at the Resource Center for Autism and Developmental Delays. Ms. Brown has extensive experience in designing and implementing interventions and differentiating instruction to meet children’s individual needs. As a former special education teacher focusing on students with autism, she has worked in the public schools and the therapeutic day school setting.

Participants will learn answers to these common questions:

• How to know if my child is ready?
• What do I need to set my child up for success and how do I use visuals?
• Do I need to use a reward or motivator?
• How do I tackle common problems such as being scared to flush, using too much toilet paper, and other issues?
