The Transition to Adult Care Team at the Ann & Robert H Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago would like to invite you to this summer’s SAILS program. This year we will be hosting a series of educational sessions on a variety of Transition to Adult Care topics such as:
PRACTICING HEALTH CARE SKILLS
UNDERSTANDING YOUR BENEFITS AS AN ADULT
ADULT GUARDIANSHIP
And Many More
The sessions will be virtual using Microsoft Teams (no subscription needed) on Wednesday evenings starting June 30th from 6-7pm
