Where Them Caregivers at? ESW got our boots on the ground to host the 1ST support group for caregivers (ex. parents, family members, or guardians) of individuals with disabilities who are transition age to adulthood (ages 14-59).
Attendees can expect the following:
- Light food & refreshments
- Hot Topics: What is Catch 22? What’s Happening w/ Medicaid? Resources?, etc.
- Learn &/or participate in the “Boots on the Ground” line dance (Bring your fans!)
- Resource Vendors
- Icebreaker & Self-Care Activities
- Fellowship with other caregivers
- Raffle for free Chicago Sky game tickets
