She is the 2018 winner of VERMONT’S FUNNIEST COMEDIAN at Vermont Comedy Club, Tina has been a frequent performer at her home club, Vermont Comedy Club, where she headlined her sold out show in fall 2019, along with opening for national acts over the last three years such as Bobcat Goldthwait, Hari Kondabolu, Kurt Braunohler, Sean Patton, and Michele Buteau. She won the 2019 Seven Daysie for ‘Best Standup Comic (in Vermont)’ and was featured on the cover of Burlington Free Press, WCAX, and VPR’s ‘Vermont Edition.’ She was listed as one of Seven Days’ most influential female comics in Vermont in 2017.

Patti Vasquez is the host of “Driving it Home” on WCPT 820 AM, a stand up comedian, policy advisor, inspirational speaker, and advocate for individuals with disabilities.

Since 2003, Patti has been headlining comedy clubs and colleges all over the United States, Canada and Europe. She has written and performed several hit solo shows for theater audiences including: Tequila and Shamrocks: Every Flower Has Her Roots, Pregnant Party Girl: From Stoli’s to Stirrups, Mamacita: Tales of a Diaper Diva, Lipstick Mom, and Sometimes Mommy Swears.

On television Patti has appeared on CHICAGO FIRE on NBC, NICK’S MOM’S NIGHT OUT on Nickelodeon, THE VERY FUNNY SHOW on TBS, MTV’s Tr3s, Comedy.tv and Comics Unleashed. Patti has also made regular appearances on the popular Bob and Tom TV Show on Superstation WGN and their daily morning radio show, syndicated in over 130 cities across the country. Patti has appeared in many comedy festivals including Just For Laughs, HBO’s Las Vegas Comedy Festival, the Chicago Comedy Festival, and Marshall’s Women in Comedy Festival in New York City.

For 5 years Patti hosted the number one late night radio talk show on WGN 720 AM and she now hosts her new eclectic and wildly successful radio show “Driving it Home with Patti Vasquez” daily on WCPT 820 AM where she blends her humor and communications background with a passion for advocating for families across Illinois.

Most recently, Patti has been touring with her solo show “Rhymes with Duck”, delighting audiences with her tales about balancing career and family. She tackles social issues with a cheerful edginess that appeals to audiences of all backgrounds. Her hilarious take on the foibles of the human experience keeps people coming back to see what she has to say about relationships, pop culture, and random encounters with strangers who have no idea she’s cataloging their silliness or rudeness to share with audiences all over the world.

What truly drives Patti is being the proud mother of her sons, Griffin and Declan. Griffin is a college student who is gifted, kind hearted and the best big brother to Declan. Declan is differently gifted, charming, hysterically funny, and was born with a neurological abnormality called Corpus Callosum Disorder. Although he is missing a small part of his brain, Declan has made the world a much bigger place for his family and everyone lucky enough to know him.

In 2014, Patti created a company called “With Kind Words” in which she provides consultation for healthcare providers. She urges them to consider the emotional readiness of every member of the team, from the health professional to the caretakers, as they strive to ensure the best possible outcomes. She incorporates humor and personal experiences as the mother of a child with special needs to lead her audience on an intellectual and emotional journey. She strives to help audiences recognize how they can incorporate compassionate communication and inspire them to do it well.

In 2020, Patti was inspired by her sons and families like hers to run for Illinois State Representative. While she fell just short of her goal, Patti caught the attention of Illinois Comptroller Susan Mendoza who invited her to join her team. Patti currently serves as Deputy Policy Advisor for Comptroller Mendoza and serves as the liaison for healthcare and human services.

When people ask Patti how she manages so many roles, she informs them that none of it would be possible without her generous and better half, Steve.

Pamela Rae Schuller is relentlessly funny. Her observations on disability, mental illness, dating, and past misadventures have led to brutally honest confessions about what it’s like being four foot six (and a half) and having a whole lot of Tourette Syndrome. You can see her on Netflix, Doctor Mike Videos, NBC, or catch her on her upcoming tour of the US and Canada with her one woman show “What Makes me Tic”. Stay in touch at www.PamelaComedy.com
